Merry Christmas!!
Glory to the newborn King!
Today, as we head into "the most wonderful time of the year" we think about the purpose of Christ's visit to earth and how that visit was set up thousands of years ago in the Garden of Eden. And now, Satan is bruised in the head, as we read in Revelation 20:10, "The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever."
God will not turn His back on injustice. His character demands that He give people what is coming to them. Scripture promises that He will deal with evil in absolute, final ways, and we see that in this verse, and this offers tremendous hope to all of us that are concerned about injustices in our world today. There's no human that will be the ultimate, final judge. This will be someday administered by the One true God that can be thoroughly trusted.
Blessings to all
