Today we reflect on what happens in heaven following the pouring out of the bowls and the opening of the seals. Heaven rejoices! Preparations are made for the bride of Christ to join with Him. John says in Revelation 19:6-7, "And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, 'Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns! Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.'"
Now who is the bride? Some (Matthew Henry) say it is the converted Jews, while others (Chuck Smith) imply it is us that will be part of the great multitude as well as the bride that is dressed in white linen.
Whatever I end up as, I want to end up there! In heaven able to worship at the feet of God. I hope you're there with me.
