Today we finish March while still in James and Tames 3:17 tells us, "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy."
Who wouldn't want that wisdom as compared to earthly wisdom? The person who exhibits these qualities is rare, but I'm willing to bet that anyone who does is a lover of the Lord! I think anyone that has this wisdom can only receive it through a close personal relationship with God and partake in the baptism of the Holy Spirit so that God is with them all day and all night, guiding them in their thoughts and deeds.
One who does exhibit qualities of wisdom is a Proverbs 31 woman, and today we read in Proverbs 31:25, "Strength and honor are her clothing; She shall rejoice in time to come."
From a personal experience, my wife who I consider as a Proverbs 31 woman has the strength of a multitude of angels. No matter what is thrown her way, she overcomes it and does so without compromising her integrity. She is able to see things in the long term such as knowing long ago when our son was little, how he will exit triumphant from college, and now that day is upon us; and she is rejoicing greatly. Just as my wife is, and how Proverbs describes this woman, all can find this peace, strength and honor through God's Word, and through a personal relationship with God.
Blessings to all
