Paul shows his thanks for being led by Christ, and shows us how to have the same appreciation when he writes in 2 Corinthians 2:14, "Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place."
This is a very important aspect of our witnessing to others and being able to talk about Christ in a meaningful way to them. If we get too much of our own personality into it and they find this personality obnoxious and they go away from the message because of the way we have presented it, it was offensive or obnoxious to them, then it was a savor of death unto death.
It needs to be our prayer that Jesus is leading the way into any situation that we encounter where we are ministering to others such that it is received as a sweet fragrance in their heart.
Blessings to all
